Our videographers are trained and experienced professionals, qualified in video production up to Masters standard. We are Master Members of the I.O.V (Institue of Videography) and an international member of WEVA (The Wedding and Event Videographers Association).

Tom Harrington is the company director of Silk Wedding Videos. After receiving his Bachelor of Arts in Film and Media studies in the UK, Tom went onto California where he studied film at San Diego University. On returning to the UK Tom spent some time working in television before studying for his Masters in Television and Documentary productions. It was here that Tom enjoyed great success with the documentaries he directed both gaining broadcast credits.
Tom then decided to set up his own company to allow him full control of his work, whilst still challenging his creativity. Tom is also a qualified editor on Final Cut Pro, ( the professional industry standard edit suite) which ensures that your film is made to the highest standard from start to finish.

| Simon is a professional freelance cameraman who since graduating with a degree in moving image has worked as a cameraman filming the English Premiership, some of Europe's largest music concerts and a host of other live broadcasts from across Europe. Simon exclusively films weddings for Silk Wedding Videos and as we always recommend 2 cameramen to get the best results from any wedding film, you can be sure you are getting a trained and qualified professional. |
